Challenge: Put enterprise AI to work and make its business value explainable.
My responsibility: Platform launch, AI strategy, ModelOps, evidence governance, and value measurement.
Result: Stood up the platform in its first month, with reuse controls, output quality and explainability standards, and a role-based model connecting attributed hours to estimated labor value.

A working reporting tool, delivered in the first week.

Applied agentic AI coding to build a Weekly Status Reporting tool. The project estimate attributed 310 hours of avoided development effort, valued at approximately $32,500 in loaded labor cost.

This separate project estimate is not added to the platform figures.

A Navy training enterprise.
700+ people, one mission.

Challenge: Coordinate Navy training delivery across the western United States and expand range capability.
My responsibility: Program Manager / West Coast Director for the Navy Integrated Training Environment, September 2020 to September 2021.
Result: Directed 700+ personnel executing an $896M Navy contract. Integrated North Island and San Clemente Island into the SoCal Range and improved execution through process and communication changes.

Challenge: Develop a legacy scheduling tool into an enterprise asset that could support a stronger customer solution.
My responsibility: Redesigned CrewFlex while leading multi-domain test and evaluation strategy and solution architecture.
Result: The resulting asset was rated a proposal Strength by government evaluators.
