Reached full seat uptake within one quarter at about 77% weekly use; measured savings from the first three users cleared the platform’s full annual cost by 40%.
• Sets the technical approach for data, evidence, analytics, ModelOps, and scenario development across the detect, identify, track, and defeat chain for Counter-UAS, integrated fires, and autonomous systems, supporting all six Astrion mission areas.
• Turns test, training, and operational data into decision-grade evidence, solution narratives, and capability development plans for high-value pursuits.

• Authored the winning technical proposal for the U.S. Army’s $379M Live Training, Ranges, and Combat Training Centers (LTRaC) IDIQ.
• Architected live and virtual training range solutions contributing to $1B+ in Navy wins across NCTE, NITE, and CTTR, and wrote winning RFP and FEDSIM responses for Army, Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corps teams.
• Owned EWTPS modernization from proposal through execution, spanning EW, communications, RF/microwave, and mobile range systems across CONUS and OCONUS ranges; delivered on budget and on schedule with outstanding QASP scores and top transition scorecard marks.
• Stood up the Navy Directed Energy Systems Integration Lab at Point Mugu Sea Range, including its operations center and data systems.

Southwest training ranges

Amentum (2020) · URS, an AECOM company (2014–2020) · Northrop Grumman (2011–2014) · Aerotek (2010–2011)

• As Operations Manager / Contract Site Manager for the Combined Tactical Training Ranges (2015–2020), ran Southwest Region range operations at MCAS Yuma, MCAS Miramar, and NAF El Centro, leading 123 staff across IT/cyber, quality, safety, security, logistics, and operations.
• Negotiated a 35-acre lease for an EW complex, consolidating operations for 50+ personnel, and sustained a three-year zero-incident safety record (90,773+ hours), the longest in program history.
• As Engineering Manager (2010–2015), managed 115+ engineering projects ($100K to $1M each) across threat systems, radar, EW, RF/microwave, TSPI and data tracking, telemetry, communications, and range IT.
• Modernized land range equipment and infrastructure, including threat system sites, communication towers, LAN/WAN networks, and supporting construction, and wrote the SOWs, RFPs, RFQs, and bills of material behind them.
• Integrated, fielded, and sustained a wide range of land-based threat and range systems for Navy and Marine Corps training, from experimental prototypes to programs of record, including threat radars and emitter simulators, SA-6 and SA-8 surface-to-air missile systems, and MANPADS threat representations.
